About Yasmine
I am a business psychologist working at the point where agency pressure becomes personal, relational and cultural, and where those human dynamics begin to affect performance.
I partner with agency leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and build environments where people perform at their best sustainably.
My work is practical, discreet and tailored to the realities of agency life. No theory for theory’s sake, just clear thinking and outcomes that last.

Why agency life
matters to me
I have always been drawn to agency life because it is never still.
The feast or famine. The pitch highs and quiet lows. The awards, the late nights, the eleventh hour saves, the creative arguments, the client tension, the planning genius and the will it takes to get the work across the line and out into the wild.
Agencies are full of curious, fast/adapting people. People who can turn pressure into ideas, chaos into momentum and a loose brief into something that moves a client, a market or even a competitor.
That is why they are exciting to work with. No two days are the same. No two agencies are the same. Each one has its own personality, pace, rituals, politics, brilliance and blind spots.
I understand the pride people take in the work. I understand the intensity behind the output. I also understand how quickly that intensity can shape the room when pressure builds.
That is where my work sits. Not outside agency life, looking in. Inside the reality of it. Close enough to understand the energy, the stakes and the human dynamics that make each agency what it is.
What endurance has
taught me about pressure
Outside my work, I am a long-distance runner and ultra-endurance hiker. I know what it is to carry what you need, move through unfamiliar terrain, rely on judgement, communicate well, adapt quickly and keep going when comfort is no longer part of the deal.
Real resilience is cutting through the noise, staying steady when things get uneasy, pacing yourself for the distance, creating space for clarity, and knowing how to make good decisions when conditions change.
